Welcome to iylnd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, including auctions and our restaurant wholesale supply program. By using iylnd, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By registering or making a purchase, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

2. Account Registration

Creating an account is required to place bids, make purchases, and access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Product Listings

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and up to date. Due to the seasonal and rare nature of our offerings, availability may vary and substitutions will only occur with your prior approval.

4. Auction Terms and Commissions

All bids placed in auctions are binding and final.

• A 25% buyer’s premium is added to the final price of all winning bids in online auctions.

• A 20% commission applies to catalogue or live auctions.

• Taxes and shipping fees are charged in addition to the bid price.

• Some items may have a reserve price. If the reserve is not met, the item may not be sold.

• We cannot reverse or cancel bids once submitted.

5. Restaurant Supply Program

Restaurants may apply to join our exclusive wholesale supply program. Approved restaurants receive access to products outside of the auction model, along with preferred pricing and guaranteed recurring deliveries. iylnd reserves the right to modify or revoke access to the program at its discretion.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made using accepted methods at checkout. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is received. Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship fresh, perishable goods using appropriate packaging and expedited service when needed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. iylnd is not liable for spoilage caused by missed deliveries or incorrect shipping details.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of perishable products, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from its description, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

9. Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness of all products at the time of shipment. All items are shipped fresh—never frozen or stored long-term. Customers must follow proper storage and handling instructions upon receipt.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to resell products without written permission

• Use automated tools to place bids or scrape data

• Attempt to manipulate auctions or pricing

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or checkout

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

11. Privacy

Your use of iylnd is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process only the data necessary to fulfill orders and improve our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the iylnd platform are the property of iylnd or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without prior written consent.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or handled in small claims court, where applicable.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use of iylnd after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
